Hrm...a quilted belt...
Ok, here's the thing. I like it. I like it a LOT. But I don't think it's for everyone. I think because it's quilted, it could make some ladies look larger than they are, and that would be bad! Quilting on clothing in general can have this affect, and so I must recommend this as an in-store purchase! You need to go into a Forever21 and try it on for yourself. You'll know what it's doing to your waist. And if it looks good, well...then you have a new awesome belt!
