Wow. This dress has amazing detail (you should check it out at the Nordstrom's site to look at a zoomed-in photo). I love the contrast between the structure of the dropped-waist bodice and the whymsical tattered skirt.
This dress isn't for everyone but if you can pull off this style, you'll be getting a designer-looking dress for less than half the price.
