A high-waisted skirt with buttons, and pockets, and it's only $32???? HOORAY!
My preppy side just jumps for joy when I find stuff like this. I would pair this skirt with some very bold colors (maybe a red blazer with a yellow striped shirt underneath? I'm not sure why but I feel like this fabulous basic is screaming for some color addition!
